Marco Rossi
Executive Chairman
Marco is the Founding Director of Built and our current Executive Chairman. Before establishing Built, Marco had extensive experience with Lend Lease Projects and John Holland Group as well as growing up within his family's construction business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. Marco's focus is on clients, our people and the future growth of the group.
Brett Mason
Managing Director
Brett brings to the team more than 20 years experience in all facets of construction and fitout, joining Built in 1998 after completing a Construction Management degree and ten years with a Tier 1 contractor. Brett has been involved in the establishment and running of each of our state offices since their inception. He was appointed a Company Director in 2000 and Managing Director in 2009. He holds national responsibility for all Built projects and continues to drive sustainable growth in group financial outcomes. Brett chairs our National Safety Leadership Group and sits on the Committee of Management for the Master Builders Association Sydney Division.
Ron Cutler
Chief Financial Officer
Ron has over 30 years experience in the construction industry including the last 22 years with Lend Lease where he held various Financial Executive roles as well as Commercial Manager then Project Director on the $1b Jackson's Landing Development. His mix of technical accounting skills combined with his commercial and business experience are a great asset for Built.
Graham Oswin
Director
Graham has over 30 years industry experience, in Australia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. He is well known in the Victorian construction sector, having worked through the ranks from a Site Engineer on a diverse range of projects in the Melbourne market. Graham has worked as a State Manager in Victoria for the past seven years prior to joining Built as a Director.
