Marco Rossi
Group Managing Director
Marco is the Founding Director of Built and our current Managing Director. Before establishing Built, Marco had extensive experience with Lend Lease Projects and John Holland Group as well as growing up within his family's construction business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. Marco's focus is on clients, our people and the future growth of the group.
Graeme Hastie
Executive Director
Graeme has extensive experience in most property types developed during a 21 year career with Lend Lease & Civil & Civic. Some of his previous roles include CEO Bovis Lend Lease Asia & Australia; President Bovis Lend Lease USA; Founding Director Lend Lease Thailand & Civil & Civic Design General Manager. Graeme has lived & worked in the Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney markets. His focus is on both strategic & market development in addition to his roles as General Manager NSW and Regional Director Qld.
Brett Mason
Director
Brett brings to the team more than 20 years experience in all facets of construction and fitout, joining Built in 1998 from a Tier 1 contractor. He was appointed a Company Director in 2000 and holds national responsibility for all Built's commercial office and fit-out projects, including strategic development, business development, project negotiations, project design and construction management. He continues to deliver on organisational revenue targets and drive growth in both group financial outcomes and the team working for him.
Brian Young
Director, People - Community - Brand
Brian is a Director of Built, with responsibility for building our people and culture; brand management and developing our community relationships. He comes to us with extensive local and international experience in HR across financial services, IT and retail. He has managed both profit and cost centres for organisations including Deutsche Bank; International Computers; Woolworths and Target. Brian later set-up and ran a successful consulting business for nine years. His experience is both strategic and operational. He will add considerable value to our continued growth across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
Robert Dodd
Director
As the group's Chief Financial Officer, Robert brings a wealth of experience both in the construction industry and in financial management of a major corporate. Coming from Toll Logistics where he was Group Financial Controller and previously Bovis Lend Lease, where he spent 17 years in their finance team culminating in 3 years as Chief Financial Officer responsible for Australia and New Zealand.

Led by Marco Rossi, the founder, and current Managing Director, the team are continuing the drive towards category leadership. Several members of this team come from leadership roles where they have established strong industry profiles.
