Roger Whiteman
General Counsel

Roger brings over 27 years in the building industry, including seven years in construction law. His most recent role was as Legal Counsel at Bovis Lend Lease for four years. Since joining Built, he has contributed to the increasing internal knowledge base of the company. Roger is responsible for contract drafting and negotiation, and general legal services. His role also encompasses legal training for staff, with particular relation to contracts.

Stuart Wye
National Estimating Manager

Stuart brings to the Built team over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.  His experience includes all facets of estimating and cost planning, project management, administration and supervision. Stuart's experience prior to joining Built comes from a multi-national construction company, working with local government, mid-tier construction companies, and subcontractors. Thanks to Stuart's extensive experience in the front end design process, he is able to add value to the pre-delivery stage.

National Marketing Manager

Michaela oversees the national marketing, communications and brand development for Built as well as business development and client relationships in NSW. With over 15 years' experience in marketing, property development and fit-out for both Australian and global businesses, Michaela is a graduate of the London School of Economics and holds a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Sydney University.

Sarah Wilson
National Human Resources Manager

Sarah has over 13 years' experience in the Human Resource field. Having held a number of roles in the following Human Resource discipline including training and development, recruitment, HR project management and HR Generalist, Sarah brings a strong breadth and depth of people management skills to Built. Sarah's experience extends across the Information Technology Consulting, Gas and Electricity and Accounting industries.

National HSE&Q Manager

Jeff has over 38 years' experience in building and civil infrastructure construction sectors both here in Australia and the UK. Jeff's knowledge and expertise in the areas of safety, quality, environment and sustainability has resulted in him holding senior management roles in some of Australia's leading construction companies. With a solid understanding of all processes involved in project design, planning, construction delivery and handover, Jeff provides a valuable strategic HSQE support and mentoring role to our project delivery teams.

Built operates from offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with corporate and 'head office' functions being delivered out of the Sydney office.

The core of the business - the customer facing and project delivery teams - are supported by a group of specialists working together to provide the systems and infrastructure to operate at the leading edge of the construction industry.  Built attracts the best building professionals and keeps them up-to-date with innovative and effective project management methodologies.  The national support team provide the working environment, systems and procedures to support the great work our people provide for our clients.
