Construction of a new five level commercial office building in York Street, South Melbourne. The project will consist of three levels of basement car park and five levels of office space for the owner/tenant.
The building is set to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating in Design.
The client's ultimate goal was to create a unique building which focuses on high quality architectural design and finishes. The final project will be a significant addition to South Melbourne and a showcase for sustainable design.
