The apartments are aimed for people involved in local industry, including health, education, retail, government and manufacturing and ideal for people working in the area for the South West Growth Centre.
Quest Chairman Paul Constantinou said; "The four storey development would offer business travellers a home away from home. We are excited to forge ahead with this Sydney suburban development."
The property is expected to have a 4.5 star rating.
