TCA Commuter Car Parks; Wollongong, Woy Woy and Revesby (NSW)

Contract value: $60.0m
Client: Transport Construction Authority
Architect: Bates Smart
Completion date: October 2011

Three TCA Carpark projects were recently delivered as part of the NSW Government's Commuter Car Park Program which is an initiative to deliver more commuter car parks across suburban Sydney, the Central Coast, Illawarra and the Blue Mountains. Revesby, Wollongong and Woy Woy's combined contract value amounts to $60.0m and provided in excess of 1,400 additional car spaces.

Communication was key on these projects. Newsletters with progress reports, up-coming construction outlines, and changes to traffic, access and parking, were regularly sent out to relevant stakeholders including the local community.
