Victoria Cross in North Sydney is set to take on a new dimension with the addition of 5,000 square metres of office space.
Construction of a five level, A-grade office building on the western portion of the site began in January 2008.
The 5,000 square metre building will adjoin the existing office tower to create floor plates of about 2,000 square metres.
The new A-grade building has been designed to achieve a Green Star Rating of 4 Stars and an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) of 4.5 Stars.
