Built completed the design and construction of the Rosewater Apartments in Rose Bay incorporating cost planning, buildability and re-design to achieve significant client cost savings.
Comprising of eight apartments including four vast penthouse style apartments, these homes offer a unique perspective over one of Sydney's most beautiful suburbs and set a new benchmark for luxury harbour front living.
The apartments are generously sized featuring natural materials including cedar façade, sandstone feature walls and limestone finishes to walls and floors.
Four of the apartments are embedded into the hillside; ensuring views from the neighbouring heritage property are uninterrupted.
Prior to construction the site was excavated and concrete piers were added to support the hillside. These piers support the back wall of the three storey light well which provides natural light to the apartments.
