Process
The processes adopted in undertaking a building project are central to a successful outcome, but not everyone in the industry adopts a similar approach.
At Built, we understand the impact that early involvement in the project planning stage can have on the overall project. Through involving us early, we can influence the impact of “the first 5%” of a project’s expenditure in order to positively influence up to 65% of the eventual project cost.
Our early involvement in a project will minimise project risks and maximise the impact a collaborative delivery will have on the overall success of a project, it allows us to deliver greater alignment between project intent and delivery.
We add value by identifying risks and providing practical, proven strategies to control and minimise those risks for all stakeholders involved. We can improve the likelihood of a successful outcome for everyone involved in our ongoing drive towards project excellence.
One of our key strategies is the management of "the last 5%" of a project to ensure the end product exceeds expectations and adopting a "no defects" delivery target ensures that we provide our customers with a positive project outcome. After all, the last 5% is often what people remember and by getting this stage right, we make sure our clients come back again and again.
