Cadetships
The program aims to provide talented cadets with the training framework and opportunities required to develop skills in various facets of building operations, and ultimately develop successful and challenging careers with Built.
Duration of the Program
The program is generally completed within a 3 year period, but is flexible to allow for related work experience and/or current work requirements with Built.
University Degree
Cadets are required to undertake tertiary education to supplement the practical experience and technical skills developed at work. Cadets will need to be studying, or have studied, a Construction Management degree.
Positions
Built is a leader in commercial construction, fitout, and refurbishment across all major property industry sectors in NSW, VIC and QLD. We are experiencing strong growth and are now seeking talented individuals to join our cadetship program.
Our program covers a 3 year period and provides the training framework and opportunities necessary for cadets to develop skills in a range of building operations. Through our rotation scheme cadets are exposed to estimating, contract administration, site supervision and purchasing.
You will have completed or be completing a Construction Management degree, and have achieved sound academic results. In addition, you will have demonstrated initiative, and excellent team and communication skills through your other activities. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in the industry and be ready to take your career to the next level.
