You must demonstrate a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the fit out sector with the capacity to deliver work up from $20-50m.
The purpose of the role will be:
- The delivery of projects in line with project documentation, considering quality and safety requirements;
- Overall control of the project, on and off site, within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships;
- Overall accountable resource for delivery.
