You must demonstrate a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector with the capacity to deliver work from $2-10m.
In this key role you will manage from design to delivery some of the most prestigious fitout and refurbishment projects in the Sydney CBD. You will have outstanding client relationship skills and a focus on developing your people to exceed client expectations.
The purpose of your role will be:
- The delivery of projects in line with project documentation, considering quality and safety requirements
- Overall control of the project, on and off site, within time, quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships
- Overall accountable resource for delivery
