The refurbishment and fitout was zoned and staged into four main areas. The majority of works were the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing premises - what was originally known as the former ‘Qantas International First Class Lounge'.

All works were carried out on the one level of the international departures area of Terminal 2 at Melbourne Airport. All fitout works were carried out whilst the lounge remained in operation.
