'Fivex' recognised at Property Council Innovation Awards
Built construction project 'Fivex' has received a prestigious award at the 2008 Property Council of Australia Innovation Awards.
The development, located at 376-382 New South Head Road, Double Bay, was awarded a High Commendation in the Rider Levett Bucknall award for Office Developments.
The unique project, developed by the Fivex Property Group and designed by Eeles Trelease Architects competed against large commercial developments including Westpac Place, Stockland Head Office Relocation, Riparian Plaza, and category winner Central House 2 (CH2).
The project last year received two MBA Awards in the Energy Efficiency and Commercial Building categories.
