Built's AXA project wins at the MBA Excellence in Construction Awards
Built was awarded in the only fitout category at the Victorian Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Annual Awards held on Saturday 26th July.
Built won the award in the category of Excellence in Shop & Office Fitout for their $27m AXA Docklands Relocation project.
Located on the corner of Collins Street and Batmans Hill Drive, Docklands, the AXA Centre project consisted of the fit out of approximately 30,000 square metres of corporate office space.
The fit out of levels 2, 4 and 6-10 was undertaken whilst the base building was being constructed. The fit out has applied for a certified 4 star Green Star rating under the Green Building Council of Australia guidelines.
