Built awarded ATO - first tower of the Quattro 735 Collins Street, Melbourne project
Built has secured the construction and fitout works for the first tower of the Quattro Collins Street project in Melbourne. This is a milestone project for Built; the largest in both scale and value in the company's history.
The $150 million, 38,000sqm project comprises a commercial tower along with integrated fitout and is being developed by Walker Corporation for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
The contract has been awarded under our recently achieved Federal Safety Commissioner Accreditation and will be headed by Built's Victorian Director, Graham Oswin.
With works having commenced onsite, we now look forward to seeing the successful delivery of this landmark project by mid 2012.
