This project saw the refurbishment of 40 Creek Street, inclusive of approximately 12,000 square metres of refurbished commercial office space across 17 levels, with retail on the ground floor and car parking for 70 cars. The redevelopment of 40 Creek Street will target a minimum 4 Star NABERS Energy rating for the building.

Charter Hall and Built joined forces in November 2008 to establish the 40 Creek Street Youngcare fundraising initiative raising funds through Charter Hall's latest refurbishment program at 40 Creek Street in Brisbane's Golden Triangle. Youngcare is a nationally registered Brisbane based charity formed to provide relevant and dignified lifestyles for young Australians with high care needs.
