Built were engaged by BCCHD to oversee works at Rydges, Southbank with a brief to increase corporate function space and restaurant facilities at this established Brisbane hotel.

Works included a fully refurbished podium level containing a new bar, Italian restaurant, pool, pool deck and five function rooms. At street level, new retail spaces were created, the façade and colonnade upgraded and a vibrant external green wall planted to signpost a new entry. All works were undertaken during hotel operations, enhancing Built's expertise as an ‘invisible contractor' in the hotel sector.
