Following the successful delivery of 77 King Street for client Kingvest, The Blacket Hotel, on the corner of King and George Streets in the Sydney CBD is currently undergoing a major refurbishment. Soon to be prominent retail and office space, this is Built's second major refurbishment project for client Kingvest.
Kingvest have recently signed Louis Vuitton to occupy the first three floors with its new Sydney flagship store, and the remaining floors for their Sydney office space.
