Vodafone Hutchison Australia (NSW)
Contract value: $5.6m
Client: Vodafone Hutchison Australia
Architect: Geyer
Completion date: April 2010
Built worked with APP Project Management, Geyer Architects and Medland Metropolis Consulting Engineers to deliver 11,000sqm of office space for Vodafone Hutchison Australia.
Located in Investa's new premium ‘Ark' building in North Sydney, the space from level one to seven has been conceived as VHA's new head office.
The fit-out consists of open plan floors populated with workstations. To the eastern side of the floor plates, meeting rooms and executive offices are constructed with round formed plasterboard walls with colour filmed windows. The boardroom and large meeting rooms are fitted with motorised blinds and packaged air conditioning units service the meeting rooms when they are occupied.
An open plan breakout area with a large joinery table has been built close to the kitchenette on each floor where staff can enjoy lunch or have an informal meeting.
The utility areas - compactuses, communications equipment rooms and printing areas are along the northern façade of the floors.
