The BP MAP project, located at levels 14-17, 717 Bourke Street, Melbourne includes the fitout of 10,000sqm of ‘A' grade office space over four floors to accommodate approximately 620 BP employees, as well as a new shower block and detached mail and IT workspace.

The project achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating and includes initiatives such as a raised access floor for services reticulation, and significant technology input including construction of the new Skylab.

The project was delivered using a fast track methodology and was ready for occupation in October 2010.
