Built have been engaged to complete the construction and fitout works for the first tower of Quattro 735 Collins Street in Melbourne.
The first tower is a $150 million, 38,000sqm project comprising a commercial tower and an integrated fitout. It is being developed by Walker Corporation as a new office for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
