Victoria Cross in North Sydney was to take on a new dimension with the addition of 5,000sqm of office space.

Construction of a five level, A-grade office building on the western portion of the site began in January 2008.

The 5,000sqm building adjoins the existing office tower to create floor plates of about 2,000sqm.

The new A-grade building has been designed to achieve a Green Star Rating of 4 Stars and an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR) of 4.5 Stars.
