Built is currently undertaking major refurbishment works on Gowings Buildings and State Theatre for repeat client Amalgamated Holdings Ltd. The refurbishment sees the existing commercial building reinterpreted into QT Sydney, a 200-room boutique-style hotel with bar and restaurant and the restoration of many architectural heritage features both internally and externally.
