The Holiday Inn project comprised design and construct refurbishment works to an existing hotel whilst the client remained fully operational.

Works included construction of a new light weight steel and timber structure to create 42 new hotel rooms, upgrading of an existing mechanical plant, strengthening of existing structure using carbon fibre, seismic upgrade including micro piling and construction of new columns to meet BCA requirements.

The existing heritage façade was re-pointed, and removal of vegetation and refurbishing of corbelling was carried out.
