Complete refurbishment of 60 bed aged care facility including fire/essential services upgrade, rectification of BCA compliance issues and new finishes to all areas (wet areas, bedrooms and common areas). The project also involved extensive repairs to existing roofs; upgrade of existing landscaping; upgrade of existing laundry, kitchen servery facilities, reception and waiting areas. The works have been undertaken within a fully occupied and operational aged nursing facility.
