Construction management services on behalf of APAM (Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne) to airspace in the international arrivals area.
Works comprised of demolition, new super structure, services coordination and full retail fitout of the new duty free tenancy (2,756 square metres). Working within the confines of Australia's second largest passenger and freight gateway, works were staged and security managed.
