Design and construction delivery of 10,000 square metres of vehicle showroom, workshop and office facilities at Waterloo.

The project includes two levels of below ground basements constructed below the watertable. A watertight secant piling system was used to manage the ground water. 4000 square metres of showrooms and service facilities finished to Ferrari International standards. Project includes 2000 square metres of serviced offices.
