Rollouts
When managing and developing multiple sites within a brand portfolio, be it a chain of retail stores or a series of corporate offices for a leading law firm, the key to a successful rollout is the understanding that it’s all about delivering a consistent embodiment of a brand in multiple locations. This must happen in concert with the client program manager to ensure timelines are maintained and continual improvement is delivered.
Several of our recent rollout projects involved a series of locations around the country, and even doing a one off outlet requiring that we replicate the retail environment of an outlet in Paris as part of an international rollout. Our rollout team applies a wide range of building skills, but more importantly, the ability to work with the peculiarities of the client’s structure and methodology.
