There are a number of critical factors that will determine whether the last 5% is successful.

The first of these is the project's set up, or first 5%. It is critical from day one that certain things occur to set up the project and the team for success. One of our construction managers would be happy to discuss the other critical factors of project delivery with you.

Built operates a state of the art project delivery system. On your project we will ensure you have;

  • A senior construction manager over-viewing your project
  • Compliance for Safety AS/NZS 4801:2001 , Environment AS/NZS ISO 14001 , Quality AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000
  • A Project Management Plan that demonstrates how the project will be delivered
  • A Project Control Group meeting monthly that acts as a client's directors meeting and reports on all project aspects
  • All projects are E connected to our business systems 
  • A director available to ensure your requirements are met
