Sustainable building practices are not simply delivered in a building specification - they are realised in the practices adopted in completing the building works from procurement through to construction and handover. Only a firm, and team, who are truly committed to an environmentally sound approach, will meet the challenge.
We are continually developing and acquiring expertise in this dynamic industry specialisation. We can:
- Provide high level analysis of the potential for existing buildings to be upgraded to deliver ESD outcomes.
- Design-in components in our projects that align key ESD practices (Greenstar and ABGR ratings) with the owner or developer's best outcomes. This can be applied to building works, for new buildings, refurbishments or fitouts.
- Leverage existing relationships with key ESD consultants and suppliers of ESD products and services.
We are proud members of the Green Building Council of Australia, with key members of our team completing accreditation requirements and, we undertake ongoing training and development to maintain our team at the cutting edge in ESD.
