Built showcases an innovative approach to construction at Perth Design Week

Participation in events like Perth Design Week – where a cross-section of industry can experience of our methods and technologies in action – is just one example of how we bring our digital-first vision to life.

Perth Design Week is an annual program of exhibitions, discussions, and events that showcase design excellence and thought-provoking discussions on issues shaping Western Australia and beyond. As part of the program for the week, we were proud to host an event at our Perth office showcasing our digital-first approach to construction.

We were joined by a wide range of guests across the industry, from clients, subcontractors, and consultants, through to students and other industry professionals.

Guests joined us to hear about how intelligent construction processes improve efficiency, buildability, and operational performance for a smart and sustainable future. Attendees learnt about innovative approaches to construction that we implement across our projects, which can speed up efficiencies and help us to find smarter and more efficient ways of building for our clients.

In addition to hearing insights from our subject matter experts, attendees also had the opportunity to try out some of our innovative digital tools first hand – including 3D model viewing through the Revizto platform, 4D programme simulations, virtual reality, and augmented reality.

“Our goal is to not only share our journey but to provide hands-on experiences that empower others to adopt these innovative tools, driving increased productivity across the construction industry,” said Stephen Sertorio, Digital Engineering Manager, Built.
