Some of the major commercial projects we have delivered include 3, 4, PHIVE, and 6&8 Parramatta Square in NSW for repeat client Walker Corporation, Barrack Place in the Sydney CBD for clients Investa, 60 Cremorne St (SEEK headquarters), Cremorne, in Victoria for Cremorne Properties, Raine Square in WA for Charter Hall and, the currently under construction, $1.4bn Atlassian Central – set to be the world’s tallest hybrid timber commercial building – adjacent to Sydney’s Central Station for Dexus.

Barrack Place, Sydney
Our own Sydney head office, SubStation No.164, is a prime example of how we can deliver commercial projects from start to finish. This heritage restoration project, developed by Built and Nuveen, saw us draw on our capabilities within a range of sectors to restore two heritage buildings and construct a brand-new extension above. Along with developing, refurbishing and constructing the building, we also went on to create an integrated fitout for our own offices as well as those of many of the tenants within the completed building.
