480 Swan Street, Built’s sixteenth project with Charter Hall, is testament to a collaborative, trusted client-builder relationship.

Set to be the new headquarters for Australia Post, 480 Swan Street will offer a high-end collaborative workplace environment, with the highest ratings in sustainability, health and wellbeing.

The ground level will provide high-end retail and hospitality offering to match the bustling and hip Richmond lifestyle.

Built’s sustainability team has worked closely to create a pathway towards a carbon neutral framework, targeting a 6-star Green Star rating and a 5-star NABERS Energy rating.

This project is also giving back to the local community through the Crate of Kindness initiative, alongside our charity partner Re-Love. The initiative sees a large crate set up on site to store new and rescued household items donated to furnish new homes for people affected by family violence. Each fortnight, volunteers from Built and Charter Hall deliver the furniture and household items to those in need at no cost.
