The two towers are joined together by a recreational balcony. Both towers have a total of 624 mainly single rooms and a variety of cluster rooms, with 734 beds in total.

Student facilities include a roof top landscaped BBQ area as well as other standard facilities and will be managed by student accommodation operator Atira.

This project brings Brisbane a step closer towards filling the gap in a market where only one bed is available for every thirteen students.
