Our dedicated in-house Multi Site team has been able to deliver refurbishment and fitout works to over 100 NAB branches throughout Australia in the first four years of our partnership, ranging from ‘light touches’ to full branch and business bank fitouts.
The design and construct engagement sees the team manage the entire process from concept and feasibility through to detailed design development and procurement across three different types of projects including branch refurbishments, Business banking centre (BBC) or Hubs – a combination of both a branch and a BBC – often at the same time.
Built’s Multi Site business model, specifically designed to deal with the challenges associated with a variety of small construction work, interior fitouts, and refurbishments across both metropolitan and regional areas, allows our team to effectively manage tight timeframes and challenging environments to deliver for our clients.
Supporting our clients vision
With NAB continuing to expand into the regional areas and actively seeking more opportunities for innovation and increased revenue our team focused on working smart and proactively with the client to stay ahead of change and improve program.
During our engagement Built took the lead role in a redesign of the NAB design standards working closely with our client on a Value Engineering process that saw improved cost efficiencies across the program.
As well as consistent delivery and high execution of the project scopes Built has taken on additional challenges, implementing new technologies and software to track ATMs, 360-degree cameras to record initial site conditions and progress and a 3D scanners to assist with the design process.
