Built’s has over 15 years’ experience in Student Accommodation and since we started, we’ve gone on to win repeat work for some of the county’s largest student accommodation providers, including Scape.
Projects delivered in this sector have included large-scale construction works that have seen us create more than 2,200 beds for Scape alone, with 99 Franklin St, Melbourne, spanning 61-storeys. Through the delivery of these projects, we’ve become experts in delivering “vertical villages” within complex CBD environments.
We have also tapped into our extensive large-scale construction and fitout experience to bring these projects to life, fitting out thousands of rooms as well as communal areas and retail spaces. Our works have required us to navigate live environments, with many of these projects built in the centre of bustling CBDs, surrounded by busy roads and heavy foot traffic.
