Peter Dempsey
Peter has over 40 years experience in the industry - 30 of which with Baulderstone Hornibrook where he started has career as a Project Engineer in 1973 and moved through the organisation in various roles before his appointment as Managing Director in 1998.
Since retirement from Baulderstone in 2003, a range of non executive directorships and advisory roles have evolved. He is currently a Director of Monadelphous Ltd, Becton Property Group Ltd and A.E. Smith Pty Ltd.
Kerry Roxburgh
Kerry was one of the founders and CEO of E*TRADE Australia until July 2000, becoming non-executive Chairman until June 2007.
Prior to E*TRADE, for ten years he was an Executive Director at the Hong Kong Bank of Australia. He is currently a non-executive Director of Charter Hall Limited, Babcock and Brown Capital Limited, Asian Express Airlines Pty Ltd and Ramsay Heath Care, among others.
Peter Dransfield
Peter's career spans 35 years in the development industry across a variety of sectors in both Australia and the United States. His roles have included; Director of Multiplex Group and Walker Corporation, Executive of Australand Holdings Limited, Director of Housing - New South Wales State Government and Managing Director of Long Corporation (now AV Jennings).
Peter is a consultant to Grant Samuel Property; Director of Macquarie Real Estate Equity Fund, an independent Chairman of two Landcom joint ventures, and Director of Bremer Park Limited.
Craig Knowles
The Hon Craig Knowles was a senior Minister in the New South Wales Government for ten years serving in the portfolios of Planning and Housing (1995-1999), Health (1999-2003), Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources (2003-August 2005) and Minister for Forests and Minister for Lands (2003-January 2005).
Mr Knowles currently holds a number of advisory roles and directorships in the health, finance, property, planning and aged care sectors including; President, Planning Research Centre, Sydney University; Advisory Committee, Urban Research Centre, University of Western Sydney; President, Asthma Foundation, NSW; Director, Children's Medical Research Institute; Director, Black Dog Institute and Advisor, Investec Bank, among others.
