Sector Experience

Justice

Built has a solid track record of government asset delivery across Australia, including in the Justice sector.

Our previous works include a high-quality tenancy fitout for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and the High Court of Australia HVAC Upgrade, in the ACT and a large-scale correctional facility in Victoria.

In every job, we have successfully delivered outcomes of the highest quality and achieved open and collaborative partnerships with our clients and their consultant teams. Our experience working within live environments, as an invisible contractor and to critical project delivery timeframes has meant we are able to carry on our works without disrupting the day-to-day operations of the courts, allowing us to meet client needs and expectations.

We understand that particularly within the Justice sector, safety and security is of the highest concern and we have key staff who have extensive community and government project experience, specialising in Justice, Defence and other government sectors.

“This has been a long and complex project that occurred while the High Court building was occupied and involved scheduling work around court sittings. In particular, I would like to especially thank the Built team for the ability and willingness to respond to critical latent building discoveries. The final outcome met very tight program, quality and budget parameters.”
