Our Barrack Place project with repeat client, Investa, has taken home three awards, including Australian Development of the Year at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.

In addition to the receiving the top recognition amongst steep competition the project took home the Award for Best Office Development and the Award for Best Sustainable Development – New Buildings.

The Barrack Place project comprised demolition of an existing office building to make way for a next generation A-grade, 18 storey, 22,000 sqm building. The impressive glass structure stands over an intricate masonry podium façade and community food and dining precinct. The building was designed with Investa to target leading ESD tools and ratings and become one of Sydney’s most sustainable commercial developments.

We’re extremely proud of these awards adding to the buildings already impressive achievements including being Australia’s first ever WELL Core & Shell Gold Pre-certified Building by the International WELL Building Institute™.
