Built has officially opened its new South Australian office in the heart of Adelaide at the historic Adelaide Central Telephone Exchange on Franklin Street. The Telephone Exchange forms part of Charter Hall’s GPO Exchange an award-wining and benchmark sustainable commercial project in Adelaide constructed and completed by Built in 2020.

The new office designed, constructed and fitout by the local Built team demonstrates our true total solution and end to end capabilities and showcases our complex heritage refurbishment work.

Chris Bate SA General Manager said Built had gone from strength to strength in SA, starting with three people in a serviced office in 2013 with a few small works and fitout jobs to one of SA’s most dynamic builders with a 55+ team, a brand new office and taking on some of the State’s most awarded, innovative and complex projects including GPO Exchange, Atura Hotel, U-City and most recently selected to build Festival Tower.
