Built is proud to deliver PHIVE for the City of Parramatta, a new community, cultural and civic hub located at 5 Parramatta Square.

Following two years of construction, PHIVE officially opened to the public on Friday 23 September.

“PHIVE is the pièce de résistance of Parramatta Square. A transformational landmark that will place Parramatta on the world stage,” said City of Parramatta Lord Mayor Cr Donna Davis at the opening event.

Having previously delivered Towers 3, 4, 6&8 in Parramatta Square for Walker Corporation, Built Project Manager Marty Brooks said the team was delighted to deliver the final piece of the Parramatta Square transformation.

“My favourite part of PHIVE has definitely been reaching completion. It’s a little clichéd but the project itself is a place for the public to enjoy so being able to see it’s intended use come to life has been the most exciting part,” said Marty.
