Built was engaged to construct a new fifteen classroom junior school and a new college communal hall and gymnasium for Brindabella Christian College.

The Brindabella Christian College project involved the construction of two new buildings at its Lyneham campus between 2016 and 2018. Under an early contractor involvement (ECI) model, the buildings were developed in sequence to deliver a new fifteen classroom junior school, and a new college communal hall and gymnasium.

The sequencing was generated by the constraints of the existing infrastructure, with completion and occupation of the new fifteen classrooms allowing the old block to be demolished, which in turn made way for the construction of the new communal hall facility.

The junior school building was awarded the ACT 2018 MBA Project of the Year as well as the award for Commercial Building $5m-$20m.
