A full design and build of a new Cat A refurbishment, the project scope consisted of a strip out of the existing fitout, structural demolition of existing concrete smoke vents and associated slab infills to increase the base build NLA before fitting out the tenancy to a Cat A+ level.

All new services were installed as well as a new structural steel staircase, base build amenities including two bathrooms and a kitchenette as well as timber floors and associated fixtures and finishes throughout.
