The project scope comprised the strip out of the existing marketing suite and temporary site accommodation in a fully occupied environment. The area was subsequently fitout to a Cat A+ level incorporating all new services, raised access floor, ceilings and partitions and high-end finishes including six new demised bathrooms, three new kitchenettes and a communal lobby.
