The scope of works included refit of the entry foyer, client waiting area, tea points, and workspace areas. The spaces have been delineated with the installation of new furniture and joinery.

New electrical and IT infrastructure has been installed including an overhead projector and access to a new VR system to guide clients through designs.

Through early involvement Built provided guidance and advice on elements of the concept design to ensure that cost and time frames could be met in the construction phase.
