The project included several workfaces within an existing operational site to deliver a revitalised working environment prior to the building’s new launch date.

The works comprised car park and basement works to deliver refreshed end of trip facilities, updated plant screening on roof terrace, sundry remediation works as well as a new entryway including platform lift and new entry doors for an incoming tenant.
