The 12-storey commercial development achieved a 6 Star Green Star Office As Built v3 rating, making it among the top performing sustainable commercial buildings in Australia and world leading in its sustainability standard. Adding to the building’s milestones, it was the first 6 Star Green Star building in Parramatta.

The project comprised an expansive roof terrace communal space with an outdoor dining area and sports court, extensive end of trip facilities, and multiple atriums with curved structural steel stairs and feature timber ceilings. An impressive double height ground floor lobby greets visitors, finished with travertine walls, floor tiles and timber ceilings and stairs.

The project team also installed automated flood barriers, a structural steel green wall, a heritage drain structure to enable preservation of the drain and provide a new viewing platform, curved meeting rooms and offices, and accessible services corridors behind bathrooms for simplified maintenance.

Built is proud to have delivered 105 Phillip St in Parramatta, which was awarded the 2,000th Green Star certified project. The 6 Star Green Star – Office v3 Design rating demonstrates world leadership in sustainable design, making it Parramatta’s first 6 Star Green Star rated building.
