Works included the refurbishment of all 162 units of the senior’s village in a staged sequence due to the continued occupancy throughout the redevelopment.

The project involved the construction of a new community living centre and independent living units within the new structure.

Additionally, village-wide infrastructure works were undertaken in order to effect new electricity supply and distribution throughout the site as well as the replacement of all hydraulic services.
