The works included complete restoration of three heritage listed terrace houses and internal spaces to create a 20-room hotel including 4 suites, reception area, bar, dining room and kitchen.

The finished result is a stunning mix of heritage and modern design, with restored Victorian-era features including marble fireplaces and detailed façades. The open and airy rooms include original and recycled timber floors, high ceilings and luxury bathrooms with freestanding baths.
