The project located on Princes Wharf Auckland included a complete façade upgrade, comprehensive guestroom fitout, new internal and external structural construction, front of house fitout and refurbishment of back of house facilities.

The nature of the restorative requirements of the hotel, in conjunction with its location saw the team implemented innovative solutions throughout the project including a specialised scaffold and wrap enclosure design.

Built has maintained the live environment for the usual enjoyment of hotel guests.
